The smoky version of our ever-available core range, ‘St Kilian PEATED - Rich & Smoky’, uses heavily peated barley malt from the Scottish Highlands with a phenol content of 54 ppm. This single malt whisky is made from matured distillates, 70% of which have been matured in various ex-bourbon casks and 30% in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks. The result is a whisky with an intense blend of roasted apricots, creamy toffee and subtle oak spice, wrapped in warming peat smoke.
