Mac-Talla is Gaelic for echo. The Islay single malts under the brand are produced by the well-known Morrison whisky family. The Strata bottling (English for the igneous rocks on the coast of Islay) is matured for 15 long years in bourbon and sherry casks for a particularly complex character.
