Sol is a light and very refreshing lager with minimal bitterness. Enjoy it ice cold and add a slice of lime to make it extra fresh. The story goes that one morning in 1899, the German master brewer of an old brewery called “Salto del Agua” (water source) saw a ray of sunshine fall on the brewing kettle. This caught his attention and he decided to name his beer “El Sol.”
