Master distiller Mario Rudolf and guitarist Axel ‘Ironfinger’ Ritt have created a highly aromatic wild berry liqueur based on the highly peaty (54 ppm) New Make spirit from St. Kilian. This peat liqueur was bottled at a full 40 per cent by volume and impresses with a perfectly balanced blend of fruity wild berries and fine peat smoke.
